A post shared by Kim Kardashian West (@kimkardashian) on Oct 31, 2019 at 10:24am PDT The world`s most famous law student has recreated Elle Woods` iconic video essay on the Harvard recording — classic law firm Legal Blonde`s watershed moment when Woods heads to Ivy League law school. As many people know, Kim Kardashian is not only a beauty magnate and reality TV star, but recently decided to become a lawyer, like her father, O.J. Simpson`s infamous lawyer Robert Kardashian. Although she`s not really in law school (no bachelor`s degree makes it difficult), she is studying as part of a lawyer training and plans to take the bar exam in 2022. And of course, because it`s Kim, she turned to social media to document the process. Yesterday may have been Halloween, but that doesn`t mean Kim Kardashian has forgotten her law school dreams, not even for the day. That`s because Kim dressed up as everyone`s favorite law student in honor of the holiday, none other than Elle Woods. What, how difficult is it? Kim Kardashian West is a multitasking professional. On Thursday, the 40-year-old mother of four managed to soak up the sun, show her curves and study for law school at the same time.
The reality star, who is currently studying for her law degree, channeled everyone`s favorite lawyer this Halloween by dressing up as Legally Blonde`s Ally Woods, with the dog in her purse, blonde curls and anything pink. Kardashian also re-enacted a scene from the film in which she submits a preppy video in her application to Harvard Law School. (The reality star is also studying law.) She also wore a fluffy pink pen, the writing instrument of choice for the character of Witherspoon. I didn`t think Kardashian`s interpretation of Pamela Anderson could be beaten last year, but unfortunately, here we are. Kardashian shared on Instagram her recreation of Woods` iconic video essay on Harvard law, highlighting important skills, such as discussing important issues as president of her sisterhood, like maintenance staff “passing our toilet paper from Charmin to generic” and remembering “hundreds of important details in the blink of an eye” as he summed up the latest episode of Days of Our Lives. She shared a criminal justice observer portraying Justin Bieber as a criminal mastermind, complaining that this is law student life, explaining that she neglected her livetweet homework on Keeping Up With the Kardashians to keep up with homework, and ran away during summer vacation celebrations while continuing her homework. She even has a favorite law professor — contract professor Steve Calandrillo of the University of Washington — whom she called on Insta. Reese Witherspoon, the original Elle Woods, also appreciated Kardashian`s efforts: Elle Woods Harvard video essay pic.twitter.com/PNMBs2dl0C “Oh! Hello! I`m Elle Woods and for my admission essay, I`m going to tell all of you at Harvard why I`m going to be an amazing lawyer,” Kardashian West said at the start of the video re-enactment, a nod to her own pursuit of the same college degree. The founder of SKIMS kicked off the creepy holiday with a strangely precise costume by dressing up as Elle Woods, the character who made Reese Witherspoon famous in the 2001 comedy Legal Blonde. The actor`s TV series The Morning Show debuts tomorrow on the new Apple TV+ streaming service. Yes, you have to give it to them: the Kardashians never miss a beat – or a timely hook in the big advertising offer. The Legally Blonde Reenactment is perhaps our first glimpse into Kardashian`s acting skills, which was recently featured in a short music video posted by E! News anchor Jason Kennedy. While details on the project remain tight, Kardashian confirmed that she knows at least all of its lines. Kardashian signed up last summer for a four-year legal training at a San Francisco law firm to take the California bar exam in 2022. Although he doesn`t have a bachelor`s degree, the 39-year-old was able to make a foray into law, as California is one of many U.S. states that allow aspiring lawyers to enter the profession after a period of on-the-job learning. “Study in the Sun ☀️ 📚⚖️” was the title given to a series of photos of her sitting at a table in a brown bikini, looking at her law notes.
This isn`t the first time Kim has played the iconic character, played by Reese Witherspoon. The reality star, who is currently studying for her law degree, channeled everyone`s favorite fictional lawyer for Halloween. The look exuded the tall Elle Woods of Legally Blonde Vibes with singer Kacey Musgraves even commented, “She Woods wishes.” Kim is currently studying to become a lawyer herself and has focused on helping with criminal justice reform in recent years. Kim Kardashian got involved on Halloween this year with an elaborate video that recreates the Harvard law app video of Legally Blonde`s Elle Woods. The reality star posted a replica of the scene — complete with matching costumes and her own Bruiser Woods — on YouTube and Instagram. Meanwhile, Kim is in the midst of a divorce from her ex-husband Kanye West. Kardashian filmed every scene, from meeting her Delta Nude sorority to wearing a green sequined bikini while floating on a Li-lo. However, she takes the video home as she walks in the pink dress with the pink pencil, wears the pink lipstick, and babysits a dog (presumably playing Bruiser Woods). “I`m against it!” she announces.
